Ice Cream Celebration!

Luke started off the evening with a cheeseburger and then we went out for real ICECREAM! He had chocolate with oreos and chocolate sprinkles - yum!

Now that is a happy face. It must be the most exciting time for all of you. Did he like the cheeseburger and the icecream? Well, if not, he sure put on a happy little face. God works in the most magnificent ways, doesn't he? I Know some kids that have had tremendous issues, who are aware of who God is and what He can do. Why is it that they seem to be more "in-tune" with Him and what He expects. Little Caleb has a kidney thing going on. This is his first summer out and about. His Mom realized that for the very first time after she had to yell at him out in the yard for being so loud. Then she realized that this is the first time in 7 years he is outside yelling because he is happy and came actually play. This is a little boy who wanted to know why he had to stop passing out tracks at Children's Hospital, while in for his operation. Didn't people care who God was and what He can do? Didn't they want to know him like he did? Jesus healed him too. That's what he will tell you at the drop of a hat. And then Luke with Jesus healing his allergies. I just cry and am thankful that these little guys know the real story. What a God!!!!! We love you

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I had been thinking I needed to get back on yours to see any updates so your comment was a good reminder! I was glad to see the allergy update, especially as we are hoping for the same news next month. Gavin goes in for a milk challenge on the 11th. We've been praying for healing in this area too, but sometimes I must admit my faith is small. I know I need to ask in faith so that is something I need to work on.
