Some more Christmas

Luke's favorite gift was the $.88 fake teeth set from WalMart!

Aaah . . . my beautiful Christmas Angel! (The rollers were in preparation for Christmas Eve Services.)
Amber's favorite gift was the gift certificate for American Girl. She had been saving up to buy one herself, and this gave her just enough. We ordered Kit on Wednesday and are counting down our 6-8 business days until she arrives!

Jordan had also been saving for a bigger item - a Nintendo DS. Here he is inspecting my cousins new one. With the help of a Christmas gift card, he and Daddy were able to pick one up at Game Stop this week.

Who's that pretty girl?

Audrey declared "all done" after pulling the first thing out of her stocking - a candy cane full of Smarties! She wanted nothing to do with anything else in it! Lesson learned by mom & dad: give her the candy last!

Amber gave this crown & earring set to Audrey for Christmas. You can't read it, but it says "Princess for the Day." Amber told Audrey "Princess for a day - that's it!" Amber is a little jealous of her title!

Christmas Pictures!

This is a sampling of our attempt to get a nice group shot. The bottom right is what we've gone with, but it's quite a process!

Sue and the crew . . . WHERE ARE YOU?

We would love to hear from you guys and what you are all up to! (especially since we won't be making it up there until maybe January) If you're having trouble posting, let me know!

(It wouldn't be bad to hear from Michelle either!)

Christmas Concerts

The kids had 2 Christmas concerts this past week. The school one was Wednesday and the Sunday School one was this past Sunday. Jordan was the salesman this Sunday and did a great job with his line. They all did a fabulous job singing and were all very enthusiastic!

Look what we got at the Christmas Party

I guess in our certification we were to get little spanish boys with curls. This is Carlos Rodrieguez. Don't have a profile on him yet. He is 18 months old and was an emergency placement from the party.

The kids were a bit bored and we sat for a while. But there some interesting visitors like Twister from the Worcester Tornadoes baseball team and Fin from the Worcester Sharks. We had fun and today has been enjoyable. This weekend is crazy with the Cantata practice on Saturday afternoon and Cantata we have dinner out tonight while Mikki watches the kids. Should be an interesting time for her. So we are sort of busy.

Hi There....

I'm in I'm in!!!!!!! Yeah Yeah..... Now let's see if it lasts. This is also a test picture. The girls had their photos done at Walmart You'll probably get them at Christmastime!~
Now will this last? That's the question. We are taking Mikki out for dinner tonight. I'm not sure who is more excitedme of the kids. We will post again tomorrow after the Foster Family Christmas party. Waiting to see all new pictures of my grandkids in PA.... Love to all -- MoM

Oh Christmas tree . . . . . . . . .

Luke took this picture of our first fake tree - he even got the top in! We love that it only took 3 minutes to put up, that it's straight, and that we didn't have to mess with any lights! The kids love that they didn't get picked when they put the ornaments on! It's not too bad for a Big Lots tree!

Luke and Audrey have a great time together . . . and all of my children ADORE the camera - or I guess their own faces!

After the tree decorating I tried to get a picture of them, but the only one with all of them smiling, I messed up - it was way out of focus!
